Before your wedding day, we’ll collaborate to clarify the emotion and vision you’d like your live painting to convey, followed by a consultation call to confirm the final details.
Day of your wedding day, I plan to arrive approximately two hours before the moment you’ve chosen to be captured. (such as a photoshoot, first look, or ceremony) During this time, I’ll set up and prepare your canvas.
When it’s time to capture reference images for your painting, I’ll meet you at a pre-selected location within your venue. During this time, I’ll guide a brief, intentional photoshoot focused on gathering the visual details needed to create your artwork. These images will then serve as the reference for your final painting.
At the end of the evening I will present the painting to you! From there I pack up my easel, supplies, and your painting to take home with me. Your painting will then under go the touch up period.
The standard completion timeframe for your painting is up to 12 weeks. Some artworks are completed earlier, while others may take slightly longer to ensure proper curing and final detail work.
The primary difference between packages lies in canvas size, which influences the level of detail within each piece. All canvases are large-scale, allowing for depth, realism, and fine detail. Larger sizes offer added flexibility to incorporate more of the surrounding landscape or create more expansive, detailed portraits.

1. Start with sending me an Inquiry with information about your wedding day.
2. I will respond with a link containing your quote and questionnaire.
3. Once complete I will issue your Contract and Invoice. A $500 retainer to hold your date, travel fees, and signed contract within 7 days is required to complete the booking. Dates cannot be held without a returned contract and retainer. The remaining balance to be paid 1 month before the wedding.
Dates often book 12–24 months ahead. Once your venue is confirmed, I’d love for you to get in touch!
Can you paint a picture of my wedding that has already happened?
Yes I can! I use professional photos from your wedding as a reference for the painting. I complete the painting in my studio, then upon your approval I coat it with protective varnish and ship it directly to you.
